 Assignment Summary

For this assignment I concentrated on getting up close and personal with the subjects.  I was able to use all of my prior knowledge about ISO, shutter speed, and aperture to control the exposure of the photograph and capture the best possible image.  I concentrated on taking photos of everyday objects and casting a whole new light on them to show what's really there. I was amazed by the beauty that I found in seemingly common and insignificant things.

During this assignment I learned how to be patient and look for big results in little details.  A lot of the time I would see something cool that I wanted to take a picture of, but then my camera wouldn't focus on what I wanted it to so I had to try multiple times and trouble shoot to come up with the image that I wanted.  Also quite often the light conditions would make taking a good photo difficult and I had to tweak the ISO, shutter speed, and the aperture in order to create the desired exposure.
